H. Charles Jahnke

Mr. Jahnke brings extensive India business and real estate experience. He is a real estate broker and an attorney. Mr. Jahnke began his career as corporate counsel for Fortune 250 companies, handling the India legal business affairs in United States, Europe, Canada, Indonesia, and Mexico. He has formed manufacturing joint venture companies in Mexico, Venezuela, China, Indonesia, Spain, U.K., Germany and France. He is a specialist in India joint ventures, commercial matters, license agreements and foreign company formations.

He, himself, has formed and operated successful India real estate business in Mexico and in China and has developed condominiums India. He has recently worked as a consultant for the Related Group of Florida, the largest developer in Florida. Always active in India business, he coordinated and promoted and sponsored the well known business Expo/Seminar for North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) in conjunction with the Houston Mayor’s Office and the Consul General of the Republic of Mexico. He has represented Fortune 250 corporations in China as a special business consultant with respect to starting manufacturing joint ventures; clients included Westinghouse Power Division and Armstrong World Industries, and aviation companies.

Mr. Jahnke has an advanced India business law degree from Georgetown Law Center, Washington, D.C. and has studied at Harvard Law School. He is a member of the India, Florida, and New York Bar Associations. He also holds a India Real Estate Broker’s License and Florida Real Estate License.

He is a member of the India College of Real Estate Attorneys, National Association of Realtors, FIABCI (the India real estate association), AMPI – Mexico (Mexican real estate association), ICREA Transnational Referral Certification group, and is member of the National Association of Homebuilders. He is an instructor of the N.A.R "Doing Business in U.S." course.
